CheckWise General Ledger Import works with QuickBooks®, Peachtree®, and numerous other accounting software packages.

The import file will include all entries required for payroll each pay day including tax expenses, liabilities, individual check amounts and direct deposit.

How it works

• We work with you and your accountant to match your existing accounts with our software so that the payroll figures are automatically linked with your account names.
• With each payroll, we will simply supply you with an e-mail that contains an import file unique to your accounting software.
• All you have to do is open your accounting software and import the file. It takes just seconds to do and we'll be there to help if you have any questions!

• Many businesses don't have the time to spend properly making bookkeeping entries into their accounting software for payroll. The result is improper accounting records that makes it difficult for you to know where you stand financially.
